“Alcohol is very very bad. For children. But once you turn 21 it becomes very very good.”

That quote from Futurama is, although fun, quite inaccurate, at least according to today’s standards. The point of this campaign was for parents to keep alcohol away from children for as long as possible, talk to them about the numerous dangers and set limits for all involved.
